The vermicelli salad was a typical rendition of the Vietnamese classic consisting of seared beef, lettuce, cucumbers, carrots and vermicelli noodles. It is then dressed in a vinegary fish sauce. This is by far my favorite Vietnamese dish and I eat it at home at least 2 times a month, so I like to think of myself as an expert. This version did not dissapoint. The only thing that could have made it better would be if they had pickled the carrots.

The other salad impressed me, it was not what I was expecting. It was a cold salad of soba noodles, mung bean sprouts, cilantro and red bell pepper. You have a choice of beef, chicken, tofu, or shrimp to top it. We went with the tofu and mixed in a toasted sesame dressing with it. It was an extremely light and fresh tasting dish.

The meal as a whole was very delightful and they seem to be very consistent according to my friend. We had wine with our lunch but I did notice a great cocktail menu as well. I will definitely be hitting this place up in the future. If ever you are in Tulsa I suggest you do the same!
