Dessert Truck

If there is something that New York is not lacking in it is street vendors and food trucks. We enjoyed a light dinner tonight so we decided to seek out the Dessert Truck on St. Mark's. The whole concept sounded very intriguing, they make and sell fancy, fine dining style desserts out of a truck. During the day they are posted at Lexington and E. 55th and at night they are on St. Mark's and 3rd Ave.
I had a goat cheese cake with rosemary caramel and fresh strawberries and the bf made a less adventurous but equally as tasty choice, a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream and a salted caramel crunch. The price is definitely fair as well, each dessert is $6, and while that is pricey for truck food it isn't too much to pay for a wonderfully handcrafted treat!


Their menu changes seasonally and usually has 6 or 7 options, and you can check it out online.
